Items that are pictured and delivered in good condition may not be returned for cash. However, if you have a change of mind on an item that was well pictured and described on our site, ordered, and delivered to you, the following policy applies:
- Eligibility: Items eligible for return or exchange must be unworn, unused, un-assembled (for furniture/gears), and must remain in the same condition as when the customer received it, with the original packaging clean and intact.
- Exchange: Items returned can be exchanged for another one, whether similar or not, but equivalent in price.
- Store Credit: If you do not find any other product for exchange, a store credit will be given.
- Restocking Fee: If you must return for cash, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
- Return Costs: The cost of return or exchange will be borne by the customer. Items that are opened from sealed packaging or used may not be returned, except if found faulty on delivery.
Damaged Items: - We will bear the cost of return of an item found to be damaged on delivery.
- We will replace a damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned once delivered in good condition. An item’s sensitivity will determine if it can be returned or exchanged.
